Comfortable stay near Little India
nearby mrt station convenient travel in-room washing machine
I liked the nearby MRT station. It made travel easy. We chose this place for its proximity to Indian restaurants.. a big plus. The premier room was really good, especially the in-room washing machine. I used it frequently. Vending machines offered coffee and beer in the lobby. It was a nice option, though I preferred the local marts.
Housekeeping only cleaned the room once during our five-day stay. This frequency felt insufficient given the length of our visit. I also noticed I had to request the staff to refill body wash and towels. There was no proactive replenishment.

The hotel features a well kept pool suitable for cooling down after a day outdoors. I also saw a guest lounge and a kitchen area where guests can prepare their meals and socialize. Water coolers are available on each floor providing a convenient way to stay hydrated.

A Quiet Sanctuary Near the City's Heart
convenient proximity useful kitchen nice option
I found the proximity to the MRT stations very convenient for my explorations. The room included useful kitchen facilities like a microwave, a fridge, and a heater. It was nice to have the option to iron my clothes whenever I needed to look my best.
The housekeeping schedule was a little infrequent. I had to request fresh towels on a few occasions when they weren't automatically replaced. This small issue was slightly inconvenient

clean room easy access drinking water
The location provided easy access to the MRT station and nearby eateries. I found my room very clean and well kept (i really liked it!). The availability of drinking water on every floor was definitely a PLUS.

The kitchenette included utensils AND a cooker. This was unexpected. The location was excellent , near the mrt and a food court with many choices. I did not have breakfast at the hotel.
Loud hammering and drilling started early. Maintenance work occurred after midnight.

i stayed in the studio premier 1 queen bed the room was spacious there were plenty of restaurant options nearby a starbucks is on level 2 of the building the big pool was lovely.
the area around the hotel was a little noisy at night.

overpriced breakfast confusing schedule
the breakfast arrangement felt subpar. each morning i had to opt for the grab-and-go option, costing $18. it tasted fine but wasn't quite a full meal. i felt it was overpriced considering no other choice existed. also, i found the room cleaning schedule a bit confusing it wasn't communicated clearly.

A Romantic Retreat!
warm greeting speedy check-in convenient machine easy access
The staff greeted us warmly! and check-in was speedy. I found the fresh water machine on each floor very convenient. The location provided easy access to the subway, simplifying our exploration. The hotel's cleanliness enhanced our experience.
The pillows weren't the best, I found them a bit painful. Though I still adored the stay.
